British Safety Council awarded a Globe Honor Award to OSI Food Solutions in 2016 as a result of their leading role in the management of environmental risks in the United Kingdom. This was a prestigious award presented during a luncheon that was held at Draper’s Hall in London city in November 2016.
OSI was among the 18 organizations in the entire world that were presented with the Globe of Honor in 2016. This award is usually awarded to companies and firms that show explicit environmental management achievements. For an organization to qualify in the Globe of Honor, it had to first complete the five star goal in the environment management competition audit scheme in the British safety Council from August 2015 to July 2016.
Lynda Armstrong, the chairperson at the renowned British Safety Council, congratulated the OSI Food Solutions for emerging a winner during the awards. Lynda added that the winning of those organizations in the Globe of Honor was a sign that organizations are adapting to the integrated approach by putting the environmental protection measures to deal with health and safety matters for a sustainable operation in the business.
Mike Robinson, the chief executive of British Safety Council, presented the award. While presenting the award, Mike said that to achieve great excellence, leadership must be core thing. He continued to state that it is through inspiration that people achieve excellent results which simply means that the winners for the awards in 2016 served as the examples to other organizations towards achieving their goals.
OSI Food Solutions has been under establishment since 1989 to produce beef and pork products within the restaurant industries. OSI won the awards in 2013 and 2015 as well. OSI is a well-known company in the food industry providing foods products in most of the leading food service providers and retail food areas.

The entire project at Toledo in all the productions and related services demands the addition of workforce to keep up the demand and supply of the products.
