About Shaygan Kheradpir
Shaygan Kheradpir is the current CEO and Board Chairman of Coriant. According to the Coriant company website, Shaygan is a well-known quantity when it comes to business and technology. He boasts close to 30 years of executive experience across a number of sectors including technology, telecom and financial services sectors. Shaygan started his career at GTE Corporation before moving to Verizon as Executive Vice President and CEO as well as leader of the company’s modernization and innovation initiatives. One of the products he oversaw at Verizon was FiOS. The program involved an investment of $20 billion in infrastructure.
Shaygan has also held executive positions at Barclays and Juniper Networks. At Barclays, he headed the vastly successful TRANSFORM program. The program was created to transform the bank, by lining it with its 21st century aspirations. The program targeted 50 countries. Shaygan was appointed the CEO of Juniper Networks in January 2014.
